📍 Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped either directly from our warehouse or through our trusted dropshipping partners. Items may arrive in multiple packages depending on availability and location.
🚚 Processing Time
In-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Dropshipped items may require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
Standard shipping is available via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days after shipping, depending on the item origin.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Some dropshipped items may ship from different locations, which may affect delivery times.
🌎 International Shipping
We currently ship within the U.S. only. International shipping may become available in the future.
🧾 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If your order includes dropshipped items, you may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost, delayed beyond the estimated window, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
